Top notch dealership and staff. I had no issues at all with the team at Bill Penney. Billy, my sales rep, went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. He was as patient as he was professional. A true master of his craft. Derrick was my finance officer and did everything he could to reach a deal that benefited me more than the dealership. Jessica Neveau was my service advisor and as I have been there before she quickly summed up what they were going to do with my vehicle. In and out under 40 minutes. Also, Terrence walked me out to the car and explained I would need a new cabin filter next time and reviewed the service report with me. Good team work, thanks

My experiences with the service department has always been a pleasant one. My latest visit required a few trips (order parts) Erin Shields was my service advisor and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Erin is very friendly, and courteous. The service advisor Richard Felch was extremely helpful to me. I had taken my vehicle here as a second opinion from another Toyota dealer that quoted me $3700 for a repair caused by animal damage. Richard thought the repair might could be done for much less, and he was right. A few days later, my vehicle was repaired for $1,000 instead of $3,700 because he and the mechanic took the time properly diagnose the situation instead of blindly telling me a $1800 engine wiring harness needed to be replaced.
