 I  would just like to thank you for being honest and having integrity.  I am still amazed that you would be so honest in the correction of an error that was not the fault of your company.  Your personnel had done everything possible to prevent the error.  This was truly a very odd situation.I appreciate you installing quickly the large DVD player.  This last effort was a nice touch!Again, thank you for being honest.  I also enjoyed working with John, and would look for him if I were to purchase another car.People are amazed that Bill Penney Toyota would do the right thing!Good guys need to finish on top.

Zack,

Wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks again for all you did for us. We were treated so incredibly well Monday night. Tom, Greg, Shane and Drew took great care of us and we had a completely different experience this time around.
