I've had over the course of 10+ new car purchases. I used the USAA car
buying program and had Roberto Diaz as my salesman. Roberto was not only
a consummate salesman, but also an outstanding and caring person.
Roberto was honest, energetic, and genuinely interested in my family's
transportation requirements. He didn't push us into a more expensive
vehicle or try to talk us into getting options we didn't need. Because
of this, I could trust him and focus my time on purchasing our vehicle
rather than being on the defensive throughout the process. I cannot say

Equally impressive was the way that

the financing department worked as an integral team and seemed to have
good camaraderie between them--something I've rarely seen at a car

integrity. I am still amazed that you would be so honest in
the correction of an error that was not the fault of your
company. Your personnel had done everything possible to
prevent the error. This was truly a very odd situation.I
appreciate you installing quickly the large DVD player. This
