USA II design enables Bill Penney Toyota to offer customers absolute state-of-the-art amenities for both sales and service. The focal point of the dealership renovation is the spacious showroom complete with customer conveniences including free wireless internet, touch screen computers, 50" flat screen TVs, dedicated children play areas and even gourmet coffee. The open floor plan brings a freedom of movement for everyone, and customer comfort is at a new level with lounges in both the showroom and the service department. Service customers will enjoy the new climate controlled indoor write up area as well as the expanded waiting lounge and parts boutique. The new renovation makes it easy for customers to fulfill any and all of their automotive needs - from the expanded service department, the fully stocked parts department, a collision center for auto body repair, the Toyota Rent a Car program for when you need to rent a vehicle, and a Detail Department offering full car details and cleaning services - what else could you ask for?
Bill Penney Toyota officially had its Grand Re-Opening in August of this year. "It is important for customers to know that the Penney family is still very hands on" says Jerre Penney. "We are proud to be one of the few dealerships that are still family owned and operated in this area." That pride is evident in the new renovation - the renovation was approached as an investment in the Huntsville and Madison County area and the Penney's made sure that they worked with local vendors and contractors to make it happen. "I know we will all be thinking of my grandfather when we celebrate the grand opening," commented Zack Penney. "However, even after all these years and all of the innovative changes, one thing will never change - the Penney's dedication to offering personal service and a great automobile-buying experience."
