Toyota Uses No-Production Days as an Excuse to Give Back to the Community
Amid below-normal production levels, Toyota is taking a glass-half-full approach. The Japanese automaker isn't sitting back offering employees only unpaid time off. Rather, they're encouraging employees to use their new-found spare time to engage in a variety of community service efforts - with pay.
